Gold Coloured Japanese greeting Card from Takaai Uetsubara

Narrow Japanese greeting card in gold, with an oriental pattern on the front. Inside is a typed message which says: “Best wishes for Dover-Summer”, and “From Takaai Uetsubara c/o Shiun_Ryo I38-I, Harajuku Shibuyaku, Tokyo, Japan”. Printed on the back at the bottom is the following: “Reicoh Pat. Marie Cards made in Japan L 684”.
