Lars Bertil Warle of Sweden at Folkestone Pool

Lars Bertil Warle, Sweden, entrant for the 1950 Daily Mail Race. He was unsuccessful in his attempt, aged 30yrs. He swam for 7hrs 43mins.

In the 1951 Daily Mail swim he was placed ninth in a time of 13 hrs 28 mins, 6th male to finish. He had one unsuccessful CSA attempt, France to England, July 1951, time 13hrs.
