Pop (aka Jack/John) Burwill (Burvill) making a presentation. Recipient of award unknown. He piloted many escort or support boats for Channel Swimming attempts,from 1927 throgh to the Daily Mail International Cross Channel races in 1950/ 51, and the Billy Butlin races through to 1956.
